Drawing on his extensive knowledge of digital forensics, data analytics and information security George has helped clients address multi-million dollar disputes on matters including anti-money laundering, intellectual property infringement, purchase-price disputes, financial misstatements, and other types of disputes.


Nicholas A. Verderame | Attorney | Polsinelli

Nick Verderame focuses his practice in Corporate and Transactional law, specifically corporate governance, commercial contracts, intellectual property and CyberSecurity/Data Privacy. With a background in journalism, Nick offers research and communication skills that allow him to clearly understand his clients' needs and work towards them. Nick serves on the Arizona Technology Council as part of the CyberSecurity Committee. He has written on best practices in preparing for potential breaches for the Arizona Infragard– an alliance between Arizona private sector business and the FBI to protect the national infrastructure. He has a knowledge base in state laws and federal regulations regarding prevention of, and response to, data privacy breaches, and has been asked to present on such.
