In response to the JOBS Act, the SEC has proposed new rules that will likely lift the ban on general solicitations and advertisements for private offerings of securities. Polsinelli Shughart and BDO will briefly explain the new compliance requirements that will allow issuers to take advantage of this rule change and the impact it is expected to have on future offerings.
